 Tina is a serial business owner/entrepreneur that offers her clients a variety of options when working with her business. Tina started her retail journey as a business owner in 2008 but since has rebranded to TNJ Hous3 Enterprise which is an online shop and pop-up shop of general merchandise or corporate gift options. During her journey as a business owner, she saw the need to empower entrepreneurs. Tina started a Facebook group Black 2 Black (BPSNB) to support other minorities on the journey of being business owners. She has since become a Score mentor that helps all businesses on their entrepreneur/business owner journey which she finds rewarding. Tina is a servant leader that loves helping others. Tina leads when navigating the business arena by providing resources to help a new business get structured and set up to succeed. She owns a Black 2 Black magazine that gives minority owners' businesses a chance to be visible and a chance to show their expertise to a niche and audience of their peers.
